I’m an integrative psychiatrist and psychotherapist who is passionate about helping you lead a more authentic and fulfilling life through psychotherapy, medications, herbs, supplements, and holistic and mindfulness approaches. My goal is to work closely with you to treat the whole person, going beyond symptom reduction, to address the root of your symptoms.

My Approach

My practice focuses on integrating psychotherapy, holistic and mindfulness approaches, the use of herbs and supplements, and medication support (when needed) for the treatment of anxiety, depression, toxic stress, trauma, relational conflicts, and other mental health issues. You are not just a list of symptoms. My goal is to develop a safe, therapeutic, and deeply authentic connection with you to help uncover the origins of your symptoms. By helping you explore all the aspects of your daily life - from relationships, to lifestyle, to your innermost experiences - I tailor an individualized treatment plan that will meet your needs as a whole person.
