Services
I provide outpatient psychotherapy and minimally-intrusive medication management for adults. I practice within an eclectic combination of psychoanalytic, interpersonal, holistic, integrative, and mindfulness-based orientations. I provide telepsychiatry exclusively.
Consultation
The consultation period ranges 1 to 4 sessions.
This period helps determine whether our approach and style at Dynamic Psychiatry is a good fit for your treatment.
If Dynamic Psychiatry is not a good fit, I will provide a referral to another provider/clinic.
I will not prescribe medications until we decide to continue work beyond the consultation period.
Please review and complete new intake forms before your first appointment.
Follow-up Treatment
Therapy appointments are 50 minutes and are generally on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
Follow-up visits are 30 or 50 minutes.
Visits are scheduled more frequently in the initial phase of treatment. Medication management appointments are typically monthly for established patients, though long-term, stable patients may be seen on a quarterly basis.
Payment
I do not participate with or file any private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. Please contact your insurance company about any out-of-network benefits and co-payments. If needed, I can provide you with a superbill that you can file with your insurance company with all of the necessary information for reimbursement.
Psychiatric Fees
Initial visit (90 min): $450
Extended follow-up visits and therapy (50 min): $285
Follow-up visits and brief therapy (30 min): $195

CRISIS
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
